Project members collect seed and cuttings for DNA analysis, propagation or herbarium specimens. We do not dig plants from the wild. Experience has shown that such plants very rarely survive and then the genetic material is lost forever. If you would like assistance in propagating a unique specimen, leave the plant in it's existing habitat and contact the project.
